"We have been with this State Farm office for over 10 years and they have made multiple billing mistakes (automatically taken out of our bank account) without making refunds to correct them - instead they spread the refund out over the entire 12 month policy. They are horrible at providing timely information when mistakes are made. I have to email over and over again (they don’t answer the phone) and won’t even answer basic accounting questions after withholding money that should be refunded after finally canceling our policies. I never leave reviews but I have been so shocked at their business practices that I felt it was important to let people know."

"Went to this office to cancel a policy for a friend who passed away. I had previously left an email and a voice mail and got no response. They told me that my messages went to the office manager who was on vacation for a month. I found that incredible and told them that I considered that a failure in communication. I've been a State Farm policy holder since 1962, this is not the experience I am used to."

"We have been with the John Debella State Farm Agency for 29 years with all of our home and auto insurance needs. They have always been easy to deal with, even though it has mostly been by phone. Anne Lensink has been our primary contact most of that time, and always takes the time to answer questions and adjust things that we feel we need to change in our coverage. While fortunately we have only had a few claims, they made sure that State Farm handled them in a way that we were completely satisfied. Definitely recommend."

"Well I have been with this agency since I was 16 and now I have a 17 and 15 year old. I am a small business owner and I know he value of great customer service. They insure all of your automobiles, house, cabin and toys John and Anne have always provided us with what we need to meet our insurance needs. Whenever I have a question or need information on the fly they get it done. The support staff (Destinee) is always so polite and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I may not be the easiest customer but they always take care of our needs and get it done. Guess we are State Farm John DeBella customers for life."

"Destiny took an entire day plus half of the following day to address my unique and complicated situation. I had just moved from Oregon and my insurance was in limbo while they waited for my policy information to be transferred over. I got Tboned and State Farm did not have access to my policy which made it extremely difficult to get a rental or proceed with my claim. They called around to rental companies on my behalf and found hertz who allowed me to just post the deposit until State Farm could pick up the tab. They even called me a courtesy ride to get there. I went from feeling very frustrated and desperate, to feeling accomplished and in my awesome new rental. Thank you destiny and State Farm for taking the time to address my issue."

"First, I have been a client of State Farm for over 20 years. those from whom I receive services has changed hands over the years, due to closing of an office by retirement. As with most services we must contend with in diachronic fashion, services tend to ebb and flow, as employees come and go, and changes in systemic and bureaucratic practices evolve through the industry, this can, and does, greatly influence the ability for our agent(s) to provide services. These issues and influences must be addressed when providing assessments to provide fairness in evaluations. That said, I have found my services to be consistent through Mr. DeBella's office. Any disappointment often stems from policy and industry changes vs issues with service through the office. John and Anne have always been supportive, and strive to support my family and its needs the best they can. I will remain committed to them to provide me with the best service available.
